You should be going to every open house tour with a critical eye.

When I take a listing, it's my job to make that home look immaculate. I want new paint on the walls, polished floors, and staged rooms so that when buyers walk in with their families and imagine themselves living there, they think the home is in perfect condition. That’s how I know what you should be looking for when you tour open houses.

When I represent you as a buyer, it's my job to look at the things that you're probably overlooking when touring a home. I check to see if the floors are even and not moving, and I look at door jambs and ceilings for cracking or foundation issues. I also look at the roof for sparkling shingles. That means that the roof is reaching the end of its life and will need to be replaced in the near future.

I would love to come with you to an open house and help point out these details that you may not be noticing. When you're ready to tour homes, give me a call at (626) 340-8050. I look forward to hearing from you.
